The eighth regional festival of the Circassian (Adyghe) cheese was held in a picturesque glade in the mountainous part of Adygea, at the ridge of Una-Koz.
The festival collected more than 10 thousand people - cheese makers, masters of applied art and tourists who came to Adygea to get acquainted with national traditions, cuisine and taste real Adyghe cheese.
Among the guests of honor of the festival were the heads of the Republic of Adygea Murat Kumpilov, the chairman of the State Council-Khase (parliament) of the Republic Vladimir Narozhny, as well as representatives of the republican and municipal authorities. They went to each farmstead, got acquainted with the presented products and thanked the producers for their work.
